The Splinters archive project has included a reunion of Splinters members at The Village in Glebe Park in March 2013 for the Centenary of Canberra celebrations (Creative Director Robyn Archer AO). The Village Festival is co-directed by Splinters mainstay Stuart Vaskess.
A number of Splinters members worked with artists from The Village and Hawker College to create a performance entitled Dirt Babylon, directed by Rebecca Rutter with assistance from Ian Pidd.
The 2013 Centenary of Canberra also saw the mounting of the exhibition Massive Love of Risk: the art of Splinters Theatre of Spectacle at the Canberra Museum and Gallery (CMAG) from Friday 27 September until 8 December 2013. It included two sessions of screenings of video from the Splinters archive and a symposium on Splinters convened by Helen Musa of the Canberra Critics Circle. CMAG is of course right next to the plaza which was the site of landmark work Guardians of the Concourse, commissioned by Robyn Archer in 1993 for the National Festival of Australian Theatre.
